Marco explained to us a little about what he does at his job, he talked to us about logistics and customer service. When he was talking about logistics; he explained that there all different countries and different timezones in them, he also told us that he manages about 12 or 16 shippings a day, from these shippings he is only allowed to review some of them, he also said that he has to verify if there's still space to place that order correctly, after he verifies that the company has free storage he says that the company can say yes to the private buyers, the buyers schedule a specific hour, after the charge is applied, the company is able to send them.
Marco's specific task is that he has to verify that nobody sends a package that the buyers didn't pay for; because if he allows that package to be sent, he would be requesting a return order, the return order means that he is going to send somebody to the customer's address and these expenses will run on the company's wallet. Marco specifies that the primordial task for him, is to verify if there is available storage to place orders and if there is a delivery service available; if there isn't room, the company would have to talk to the customer explaining the situation and offering them some other options.
