1.- Dr. Latife expresses that the book has conceptual and theoretical elements that allow an abundance of the decision-making process and the legal framework of Mexico's foreign policy.

6.- Dr. Jorge holds that Mexico seeks to reflect an image abroad as a cultural power, strengthen cultural diplomacy to give a better image to Mexico.
7.- Dr. Jorge implies that to be able to achieve foreign policy objectives; geography has been decisive, it is clear that geopolitical factors have been important to analyze the country's foreign policy.
8.- Dr. Jorge considers that the administration of Porfirio Díaz allowed to stabilize the government of the Republic, and also Mexico begins to develop economic initiatives.
9.- Dr. Rafael confirms that During the Cold War, Mexico tried not to get involved in the war, in this period Mexico isolated itself from the international system as with the government of Echeverría and Díaz Ordaz.
